Sassy Pork Chops

Sassy Pork Chops created by bullwinkle

This recipe came from my grandmother. The directions are for baking in the oven, but I have done these in the crock pot as well as they turn out great. These are really good with mashed potatoes. A great comfort food meal. Easy and delicious!

I loved that this was a quick and easy recipe to make. The chops turned out very tender. I served the chops with noodles and the sauce was great for on top of the noodles too. Thanks for posting JillAZ!

These pork chops have a nice flavor! The sauce thickens up a bit if you let them sit for 15 minutes before serving. I only used 2 Tbsp. of the Ketchup & Worcestershire sauce -- this was plenty for our tastes. We had these with mashed potatoes but I think the sauce isn't really a "mashed potatoe" sauce -- this sauce would be better served with rice or egg noodles! Thanks for the recipe!
