This really does remind one of tzatziki, just not as strong a flavor. This quick and easy sauce was wonderful. I enjoyed it served with recipe #347132. I can't wait to try it with our pork tenderloin this evening. I know that it's going to rock. Thank you for sharing a recipe that i will get a lot of uses out of. Made for Fall PAC 2012

What a nice suprise! I wanted to make tzatziki but didn't have any cucumber. I found your recipe and gave it try. I also didn't have Greek yogurt so I just used regular plain yogurt and didn't bother to strain it. I thought it might turn out to thin, but it worked out great. The flavor was very tart and work really well with our meal. I'll be making this again. Thanks for posting.

This recipe was so easy to make, I was almost sure it would be lacking in taste, but that wasn't the case ~ It's great! We had it over some sliced chicken breast & dry coleslaw in a very fresh sourdough bun! I'll certainly be keeping this recipe around! Thanks for sharing it!
