- 2 small avocados
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (like Tabasco) (optional)
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
directions
- Peel and chop avocados and place in a blender or food processor.
- Add mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, Tabasco (if using), salt and pepper.
- Blend or process until smooth; mix in cilantro.
