  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 (14 ounce) can salmon
  • 10 crushed saltine crackers

directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Form into patties, about 1 inch thick.
  • Grill patties in skillet over medium high heat for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Enjoy!

  1. There were great. I drained the salmon, and used two eggs. As an extra boost, I added 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese and coated with bread crumbs before placing in the skillet.
     
  2. These were really good. I did not have saltine crackers so I used ritz crackers and they were really tasty. I am always looking for new ways to cook canned salmon and this was so simple and good. Thank you for posting!
     
  3. These are very good! Very simple, but good. I did have to make one adjustment , I had to add a 2nd egg , as the mixture wouldn't hold together for me without it, so 2 eggs for me , but other than that , they mixed up quickly, cooked quickly and were eaten quickly!!! LOL Made for PAC '08.
