    lb turnips or 1/2 lb rutabaga

    cup cream or 1/3 cup milk
  • salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  • Boil potatoes until tender.
  • In second pot Boil turnips (rutabagas) until fork tender.
  • Drain well.
  • Combine all ingredients in mixer.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve hot.
