  • Peel radish and slice finely.
  • Slice tomatoes.
  • Chop onion and mint finely.
  • Combine all the ingredients and dress with oil, lemon juice.
  • Season to taste.

  2. Added two teaspoons of white vinegar for more acidity... Very refreshing in the summer time!
     
  3. This is very refreshing, we especially loved the mint flavour. Onion was mentioned in the directions but not the ingredients so I guessed and thinly sliced about a 1/3 of a red onion. Thanks for posting this very light and tasty recipe.
