DIRECTIONS

  • Combine garlic, ginger, sake, soy and chili in a bowl and mix well.
  • Cut chicken into bite size cubes and work through into marinade, then leave for 20 minutes.
  • Thread chicken pieces onto skewers and cook on BBQ hot plate.
