Royal Icing That Won't Break Your Teeth

"This royal icing is made to have a slight crunch on the outside with a soft bite on the inside, It's puffy and tastes delicious. It dries so that you can stack the cookies without hurting the design, Super easy, super fast, and super tasty."

  3. This is a great icing recipe, worked pretty well for my purposes as a novice sugar cookie decorator and has a nice taste. Next time I would add a little less liquid to the original batch for outlining/detail work, and add liquid as needed for flooding etc, while my borders and detailing were more runny than I anticipated. But I would certainly use this recipe again. Hardened well but took a few hours, I should have not waited til the morning of the party to make the cookies!
