This is a great icing recipe, worked pretty well for my purposes as a novice sugar cookie decorator and has a nice taste. Next time I would add a little less liquid to the original batch for outlining/detail work, and add liquid as needed for flooding etc, while my borders and detailing were more runny than I anticipated. But I would certainly use this recipe again. Hardened well but took a few hours, I should have not waited til the morning of the party to make the cookies!
