  • Fill 4 small glasses with ice.
  • Pour rum mixture over; stir to blend.
  • Garnish with pineapple and mint, if desired.

  2. Have to agree with the first reviewer - this drinks recipe is first-class. Made it to sip with company while watching the Eurovision song contest, and I just say this helped in making an unforgettable evening. Absolultely delicious. Summery and tropical. A definite keeper.
     
  3. Great taste! I used simple syrup because I was out of Orgeat, used Pineapple juice instead of lemon juice and I floated the dark rum on top of my mixed cocktail to look more like a proper Mai Tai.

  5. This is a wonderful drink. CLASSIC! By the Way...You can find almond syrup in the coffee section of the grocery store most of the time.
