Rose's Easy Banana Blueberry Pie

"I've been making this simple pie for years and have always gotten rave reviews. Great dessert to make in a pinch."

• Serves: 8

ingredients

• 1 graham cracker crust
• 2 ripe bananas
• 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
• 1 (21 ounce) can blueberry pie filling

directions

1. Slice the ripe bananas and layer on the bottom of pie crust. Spread whip cream over top of bananas. Pour the topping to make a center circle over top of pie, leaving about a 1-inch space from the edge of pie. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve.

WOW!! This was very easy and very good! My whole family loved it. The only thing that I added was a bit of lemon juice to the cut bananas so they wouldn't turn black. Very refreshing after a BBQ on a hot day!! Thanks so much for posting!
