ingredients
- 1 (1/4 ounce) package active dry yeast
- 3 1⁄4 cups bread flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 2 teaspoons butter, softened
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons warm water
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
directions
- Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select cycle; press start.

Yum! We loved this soft, flavorful bread. The texture is wonderful and it slices well even when warm. I made this as written except that I added 1/4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese and 1/4 c. shredded fresh Parmesan cheese to the bread machine. I served this warm with baked ziti. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe...it is a keeper!<br/>**Made for 2011 Football Pool**
