DIRECTIONS

  • pour boiling water over the rose petals.
  • let it steep for 10 minuites.
  • strain the liquide in to a pitcher and throw away the rest.
  • stir in the sugar & lemon juice & continue stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
  • put a few fresh petals in the pitcher & fill with ice.
  • finally pour in the sparkling water.
