Rock 'n' Roll Snack Crackers

ingredients

• 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 1⁄2 cups vegetable oil
• 1 (1 lb) package saltine crackers

directions

1. In small bowl stir together salad dressing mix, pepper flakes and garlic powder, set aside.
2. Place crackers in a gallon-sized covered container.
3. Drizzle with oil.
4. Add dry ingredients.
5. Seal container.
6. Gently roll to coat crackers.
7. Let stand for 4 hours, rolling every 30 minutes to coat.

These are wonderful and you can crush them and use them as a breading for chicken or other meats and it is delicious!!
