  • 1 (16 ounce) can chickpeas
  • cooking spray
  • 1 teaspoon salt free garlic and herb seasoning

  • Line a baking pan with foil.
  • Spray the foil with cooking spray.
  • Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Pat dry.
  • Place chickpeas in a zip lock bag. Spray with cooking spray. Seal bag and shake to coat the chickpeas. Pour chickpeas out on baking pan.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
  • Place chickpeas in a bowl and toss with garlic herb seasoning.
  • Store in air tight container.
  • Each 1/4 cup serving provides 6 grams protein, 5 grams fiber and is 136 calories.
