DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • Remove stems and leaves from cauliflower.
  • Rinse cauliflower and pat dry.
  • Place cauliflower in a bowl.

  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss to coat evenly.
