DIRECTIONS

  • Marinate beef in soy sauce, sherry, ginger juice, salt and pepper at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Wrap roast and green onions in heavy aluminum foil.
  • Pre-heat oven to 450* and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Turn heat to 325* and bake for 2 hours.
  • Serve hot.
  • Note: Prep time does not include marinating time.
