- 1 pot roast, 3-4 lbs
- 1⁄3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sherry wine
- 1 teaspoon ginger juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 green onions, cut into 1 1/2-inch lengths
directions
- Marinate beef in soy sauce, sherry, ginger juice, salt and pepper at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Wrap roast and green onions in heavy aluminum foil.
- Pre-heat oven to 450* and bake for 20 minutes.
- Turn heat to 325* and bake for 2 hours.
- Serve hot.
- Note: Prep time does not include marinating time.
