Try this with pumpkin pie! I just did as the store was out of pie crusts and had to wing it with what I had in the kitchen. It is AWESOME!

This makes an outstanding base for plain vanilla cheesecake. I used the recipe inside the Philly box and subbed ritz for the graham crackers. Hubs and I both loved the touch of salt that the ritz cracker crust made with the cheesecake. It was just perfect against the creaminess of the cheesecake.

I tried this a couple weeks ago, I think I need to add a few more ritz as both times the crust didn't quite fill the pan. I used cooked apples last time. My husband and I loved the salty taste with the apples. This time I am filling it with sugar free chocolate pudding.
