  • saute onions in butter,salt&pepper to taste.
  • add: tomato soup,water,velveeta,egg yolks.
  • simmer,stirring often until cheese is melted.
  • When ready to serve-beat egg whites stiff, fold into other mixture and serve over saltine crackers.
