"So creamy! This tastes great with a berry sauce."

• Ingredients: 4
• Yields: 3 cups

ingredients

• 2 cups ricotta cheese
• 1 cup cream
• 1⁄2 cup honey (or sugar)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)

directions

1. Place ricotta cheese and cream in a blender and mix until smooth.
2. Add the remaining ingredients.
3. Once the mixture is smooth, pour into an ice-cream machine.
