Rich Stove Top Hot Cocoa

"Delicious creamy and rich hot cocoa. Perfect for a chilly day to keep cozy and warm! Use 3 cups total milk for a more darker chocolate flavor, and add an extra cup to make it more milk-chocolate--still delicious! From the kitchen of Rosanna Pansino."
