DIRECTIONS

  • Wash and cut rhubarb in 1" pieces.
  • Place in pan and add water about 1/2" deep.
  • Cover and simmer until tender{about 10 minutes}.
  • Cool slightly and place in bowl.
  • Refrigerate and serve chilled.
