Rhubarb Pudding Cake

"This recipe creates a custard-like pudding that goes great with the rhubarb."

• Serves: 15

ingredients

• 1 yellow cake mix
• 4 cups chopped rhubarb
• 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
• 1 pint unwhipped heavy cream

directions

1. Mix the cake according to the directions on the package.
2. Pour the batter into a lightly greased 9 x 13 cake pan.
3. Mix rhubarb and sugar; spoon over the batter.
4. Pour cream over unbaked cake.
5. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour.
6. Garnish with whipped cream.
