DIRECTIONS

  • Cut cold butter with (1st) flour & powdered sugar until crumbly.
  • Press dough into 9x13 pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • While crust is baking prepare filling.
  • Beat eggs, then add sugar, (2nd) flour, & salt.
  • Gently stir in rhubarb; spoon filling gently over hot crust.
  • Bake an additional 35 minutes.
