- 8 ounces cooked corned beef, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup sauerkraut, coarsely chopped, rinsed and drained
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
- 1⁄2 cup thousand island dressing
- rye bread, cocktail slices
- pretzel stick, thick
directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix corned beef, sauerkraut, cream cheese, Swiss cheese and dressing together in an oven proof dish.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until hot.
- Serve with the rye slices or pretzel sticks.
