DIRECTIONS

  • Add cinnamon to applesauce and stir until completely combined. (if you don't have any applesauce a mashed ripe banana or even some pudding works in a pinch)
  • Eat it quickly as you really don't want to taste this much as the cinnamon can be a bit intense, but make sure you mixed it thoroughly or it might make you cough.
