DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients in two separate bowls. Add the dry to the wet and mix well.
  • Place by 1/4 cupfuls on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes. Will be moist, but not fall apart or too soft. Let cool on baking rack. Keep in covered container in fridge.
