In a bowl, toss strawberries with sugar and let stand until strawberries release their juices, stirring occasionally.
In blender, combine half of strawberries, half vodka, half triple sec, half lime juice, and 1 cup of ice. Puree. Pour into a pitcher and repeat. Fill 10 collins glasses halfway with ice. Pour cocktail into the glasses, top each with about 1/2 tabspoon of Riesling or other white and serve.
