DIRECTIONS

  • Remove any remaining skin and bones from the salmon (even the canned salmon may have some).
  • Mix the flaked salmon (canned or fresh) with the lemon juice, onion, and dill.
  • Blend in the mayonnaise and whipping cream.
  • Cover and chill.
