I LOVE Red Lobster's Tartar Sauce and having just eaten there last week I still had a pretty good idea of what the taste and texture should be. This is WAY too sweet and the texture is a off quite a bit, probably due to the amount of confectioners sugar. Even after adding 1/4 cup of lemon juice to help cut the sweetness it was still inedible. I still may play around with this some more by changing out the Miracle Whip for Mayonnaise and only adding a teaspoon or so of the sugar and taking it from there. Sorry I couldn't give it higher marks but thanks for posting!
