  • Chop the sweet white onion in food processor, put in small container and set aside.
  • Chop carrot in food processor and add to onion.
  • Mix in remaining ingredients and stir to blend thoroughly.
  • Do not use electric mixer.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to let flavors blend.

  1. I LOVE Red Lobster's Tartar Sauce and having just eaten there last week I still had a pretty good idea of what the taste and texture should be. This is WAY too sweet and the texture is a off quite a bit, probably due to the amount of confectioners sugar. Even after adding 1/4 cup of lemon juice to help cut the sweetness it was still inedible. I still may play around with this some more by changing out the Miracle Whip for Mayonnaise and only adding a teaspoon or so of the sugar and taking it from there. Sorry I couldn't give it higher marks but thanks for posting!
