Raw Eggs on Toast

"This is my favoite Girl Scouts Camping Dessert. It sounds gross but it is a really cool and sweet dessert!"

• Serves: 1

• 1 slice poundcake
• 1⁄2 peach
• Reddi-wip topping

directions

1. Put slice of pound cake on plate.
2. Put peach half on top rouned side up.
3. Put whip cream around peach and serve.
4. Hence the name: it looks like a raw egg on toast!

I used to do this with my Girl Scout all the time! It was fun the first time you introduced them to it - at the morning after a sleepover or a campout - we'll have Raw Eggs on Toast! The looks you would get. Thanks for the memories - hope everyone tries it! Judy
