  1. Not bad for a very fast and easy to make Sauce Ravigote. I think I still prefer the version made with egg yolks, but this is much faster and easier. I added extra capers and served with tete de veau and boiled potatoes. Double this one, will also make a nice sald dressing, or good tossed with cold shrimp or crab.****** This has become my go to sauce for lots of purposes. Changing rating to 5 starts. More than double it, it keeps well in a jar in the fridge. I don't use the tarragon, and I whizz it all up in a tny food processor.
