Raspberry Salad

"This salad is so simple to make, and so fresh. It uses a pre-packaged bag of salad greens, but feel free to substitute greens from your garden! Serving size is for appetizer salads, not main dish salad sizes."

  1. Wow, this was simple and great. I added strawberries to this too. How wonderful to have this side dish next to a big rack of ribs!!! Made for PRMR!

  2. Nice, refreshing salad. I used raspberries from my very own bush. Yum! Made for Everyday Holiday Tag Game. :)

  3. Does spring get any prettier or tastier? I served the dressing on the side as one of the dinners is a little funny about salad dressing. I served with candied walnuts on the side and toasted beget spread with roasted garlic paste. DH and I enjoyed this so well that he picked up some more raspberries so I can make it again. Thanks for the post.

  4. Delicious, delicious, delicious Breezermom. I really enjoyed this simple salad. Best of all I can have it whenever I like, because I always have these ingredients in my home. I used romain lettuce today it was what I had on hand. The fresh raspberries, lettuce and dressing worked beautifully together, perfectly complimenting one another. The dressing was the bomb. Thank you so much for sharing. Made for Think Pink 2011

  5. I love adding fruit to my normal veggie salad. Raspberries are my personal favorite. The dressing for this salad put it over the top breezer. As you can tell by my photo I doctored my romaine lettuce up a bit by adding some peapods, carrots, yellow pepper and celery. There's just nothing better than fresh raspberries just picked:-) Made for HolidayTag.~
