DIRECTIONS

  • 1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • 2. Mix together first five ingredients and knead into dough.
  • 3. In another bowl, beat the quark, eggs, milk and sugar.
  • 4. Press half of the dough into a pan and pour the quark over the dough.
  • 7. Spread the raspberries equally.
  • 8. Sprinkle with the remaining half of the dough.
  • 9. Bake for 20-30 minutes until lightly browned.
