"A really scrummy cocktail and just perfect to start off a night out with the laydeez. if you have access to a Marks a Spencer, you can use their 'Raspberry and Pomegranate Fizz' instead of champagne. You can, of course, use any sparkling wine also."

• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 45 ml raspberry vodka
• 22 1⁄2 ml Chambord raspberry liquor
• 45 ml pineapple juice
• champagne
• fresh raspberry

directions

1. Place the vodka, chambord and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
2. Strain into a champagne flute and top with champagne.
3. Garnish with a raspberry.
4. Drink up!
