Randy's Rib Rub

"I've tried different rubs, but this is my favorite.I developed it though trial & error. This can be doubled or tripled, if desired. For best results, store in a glass jar with a good sealing cover, like a clean jelly or mayo jar...Tupperware-type container is NOT recommeded."

• Yields: 1 half pint
• Serves: 10

ingredients

• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons sea salt
• 1 teaspoon turmeric
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons smoked paprika
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 4 teaspoons onion salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 tablespoon light brown sugar

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
2. Use as needed.
