Ranch Spaghetti Pie

- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 1⁄2 cups Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing
- 1⁄2 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 8 ounces ground beef or 8 ounces bulk Italian sausage, browned and drained
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. In a large bowl, whisk ranch dressing with ricotta cheese and eggs. Add meat and spaghetti, and stir until combined. Place pasta in a 9 inch baking dish and sprinkle evenly with the mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and browned. Let stand covered for 10 minutes before slicing. Cut into wedges and serve.

I love to try new recipes and mainly look for ones that are new and different, such as a twist on an old favorite or something no one's ever thought of! I also enjoy writing in my spare time. I live in Northeast Ohio where the weather isn't the greatest, humid in the summer and cold winters- but it has been nice growing up by the lake! I own two wonderful cats who can be quite a handful at times, but my fiancee and I couldn't live without them!
