  • 1 (1 ounce) packet hidden valley ranch dressing mix
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 pork chops (about 3/4 inch thick)
  • 1 dash paprika

directions

  • Add seasoning and salad dressing mix with pepper.
  • Rub mixture on both side of pork chops.
  • Arrange pork chops in a single layer on baking pan or broiler rack.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes, or until cooked through.

  3. these are really good and look grilled and are pretty and tender too. I sautéed the little itty bitty ones in a frying pan on the stove. You might wanna use a non stick pan if you do it this way. They cook super fast
     
  4. This gets a 4 cause you can really taste the salt almost to much. Other then that this recipe is delicious and so easy to make. Pepper, paprika, pork and a package of hidden valley ranch. So simplistic. Most meals I have take a long time I was greatful that the only time this took was oven time.
     
  5. I can not believe how easy and tasty these were! My husband LOVES pork chops... I, on the other hand, could go 6-12 months without eating them and not miss them a bit. And I have to say, these left me excited for leftovers the following day and will be a new staple in our dinner menu - especially when prep time is limited.
