- 1 (1 ounce) packet hidden valley ranch dressing mix
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 pork chops (about 3/4 inch thick)
- 1 dash paprika
directions
- Add seasoning and salad dressing mix with pepper.
- Rub mixture on both side of pork chops.
- Arrange pork chops in a single layer on baking pan or broiler rack.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes, or until cooked through.

I can not believe how easy and tasty these were! My husband LOVES pork chops... I, on the other hand, could go 6-12 months without eating them and not miss them a bit. And I have to say, these left me excited for leftovers the following day and will be a new staple in our dinner menu - especially when prep time is limited.
