I think I am missing something here. But it came out really runny and way over powering on the lime juice (and cilantro). I was hoping for a more creamier ranch. This one was too watery. I ended up adding a little mayo and sour cream- blended it and it turned out a bit better. This is my first time making ranch dressing, so can't expect it to be perfect. But for my next ranch adventure, I will try another recipe. Thanks for submitting it.

Wow! This is the first time i have made ranch dressing, and we all loved it! It was a hit at my football party yesterday, and I will definately be making this again! I used low-fat sour cream instead of buttermilk, but that was my only change. Thanks for sharing! Oh, and i used a combination of parsley and cilantro.
