DIRECTIONS

  • Bring water to boil in small sauce pan.
  • While water is heating up, begin chopping vegetables into small pieces.
  • Place chopped vegetables into skillet with oil and saute until onions are transparent.
  • Once water is boiling, add Ramen noodles and boil for 3 minutes.
  • When Noodles are cooked, drain water, add vegetables, and 1/2 of the Ramen seasoning packet.
  • Slice orange in half, and squeeze juice of one half in the noodles and vegetables.
  • *Optional* Add spices such as ginger, or crushed red pepper.
