The classic Ramen dish... But wait! There's a twist? Yes, literally a twist of delish.

ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles
- 2 cups water
- 1⁄4 cup sweet onion
- 1⁄4 bell pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 orange
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
directions
- Bring water to boil in small sauce pan.
- While water is heating up, begin chopping vegetables into small pieces.
- Place chopped vegetables into skillet with oil and saute until onions are transparent.
- Once water is boiling, add Ramen noodles and boil for 3 minutes.
- When Noodles are cooked, drain water, add vegetables, and 1/2 of the Ramen seasoning packet.
- Slice orange in half, and squeeze juice of one half in the noodles and vegetables.
- *Optional* Add spices such as ginger, or crushed red pepper.
