  • Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy
  • Add eggs a bit at a time.
  • Add almond essence
  • Lightly FOLD in the rest so as not to loose all that air you have beaten inches
  • Put into two 2 lb loaf tins (GREASED AND LINED).
  • Cook in a preheated oven 160 c /325f (middle shelf) for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
