Simple and really good! This was a delicious way to use up the bounty of radishes from our garden. I felt it needed just a little more contrast in flavor so I added some minced chives. I used rye bread for the sandwich, but I bet this would be wonderful as a spread for bagels. Thanks for sharing this tasty and simple recipe.

I had a few radishes in the fridge that needed to be used quickly and a small tube of cream cheese so this recipe was perfect for a lunch as it was quick and simple. I made it as an opens sandwich so I didn't put the extra bread on the top. This recipe is very versatile as you can add many herbs and spices to give it an extra zing or leave it as the way its written for a quick snack. Thank you Darlene Summers

Yum. I had a whole bunch of radishes to use up and we ate most of them like this. Rather than dicing the radishes, we just sliced them and placed them on top of the cream cheese spread on the bread- I think you get more layers of flavor that way. Rye is my bread of choice for this recipe, though sourdough is pretty good as well. Definitely needs some salt sprinkled on top, but we really enjoyed it with some caraway seeds sprinkled between the radishes and the cream cheese.
