What a great simple way to switch up canned tomato soup!! I followed the recipe as written, using "Better than Bouillon" chicken base mixed with water for the chicken broth. Next time I would simmer the soup for a longer time to cook the celery more and might add some chopped onion!! Thanks for sharing the recipe. I served it along with Recipe #390356 for a great lunch!! Made for PRMR.

This was a GREAT lunch! Quick, tasty and cheap - all of my favorites!! I used a generic can of tomato soup from the dollar store (2/$1.00) and one and a half cans of water, some leftover sesame ginger rice pilaf, some parsley, a spoon of powdered chicken bullion and red pepper flakes. I though it was very tasty and comforting on a cold snowy day!!
