ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup tequila
- 1⁄4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
directions
- Mix ingredients and marinade steak for 1 to 3 hours in refrigerator. Grill steak until done. Makes enough for 1 steak.

Ecellent marinade that really helped tenderize the Scotch steak we used. I made this as stated with the exception of using minced garlic and onion instead of powder. We really enjoyed it made into steak sandwiches. Thanks for posting, and I will definitely used this again.

My kids haven't reconciled themselves to the new eating yet. I grind my own grain and make all my own breads.?Working 2 hours a day in the local high school lunch room.??I am homeschooling my high schooler.? ?Also found out 1 child has multiple food allergies (wheat, dairy, tomato, chocolate, etc) and another is gluten sensitive. So, we just started (July 09) eating gluten and dairy free. I've been busy with getting our house market ready, even though it's not the best time for that.?
