- Put the 2 cups of sultanas in a pot and cover with water and boil for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the butter.
- Add the almond essence.

- Beat the three eggs and large cup of sugar.
- Add Sultana mix and 2 large cups of flour and mix well.
- Bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hours.
