Quick Foolproof Chocolate Mousse

"This is an incredibly rich chocolate mouse. I've been making it for years to rave reviews. Using a blender is a must!"

ingredients

• 1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips
• 2 eggs
• 3 tablespoons hot very strong coffee
• 1 -2 tablespoon rum or 1 -2 tablespoon orange-flavored liqueur
• 3⁄4 cup scalded milk

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender at high speed for 2 solid minutes.
2. Pour the mousse into dessert cups and chill until firm.
