  1. These are awesome!! I didn't have a package of cookie dough, so I made Recipe #17113 which was the perfect amount. The only thing we did wrong was that we couldn't wait to cut them until the cheesecake part / melted chocolate chips had firmed. Next time I'll make them when no one else is around so they have a chance to firm before cutting. Thanks for posting this, I'll definitely be making again.

  2. I haven't made these yet, but has anyone used sugar cookies instead of the chocolate chip ones?

  3. I want to make these, but one of the ingredients is not sold here in UK, chocolate chip cookie dough, so what do I do?

  4. These are such a quick and easy alternative to homemade cheesecake! We used a biscuit cutter to make them into round shapes, kind of like a cookie sandwich.

  5. LOVED this! I also used a choc chip cookie recipe for the dough. Set up in freezer so it could be eaten sooner. Awesome.

I homeschool my 3 kids, and we love to try new recipes for 'home ec'. Doubling or cutting a recipe in half gives us great practice with our fractions! I enjoy reading and singing.
