  • Spray large skillet with Pam.
  • Pour half can of beef broth and package of dry onion soup mix in bowl, mix well.
  • Add beef, mix well, will get mushy.
  • Carefully form 4 patties ( might have to do in skillet pan).
  • Brown all 4 patties, carefully turning.
  • Mix together rest of beef broth and cream of mushroom soup together, pour over patties,
  • Let simmer 30 minutes.

  1. couldn't be simpler, did add 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs, makes about 4 x6 oz uncooked patties, refrigerated meat mixture in fridge for a bit, fried in large pan with 1 tbsp olive oil, heated on high for 2 minutes, then patties went in, fried for 2 minutes, flipped, then fried for 3, then covered with sauce, covered, put on back burner med low for 30 minutes. DELICIOUS.
