I used your idea and then tweeked it every time. I ended up adding a little heavy cream 1/4 cup and a dash of cinnamon. Each try is different as I add fruit that's in season or happens to be on hand. If adding cantaloupe or honeydew the cream helps keep it thicker. Just watch when using lemon or orange/grapefruit. They curdled a little so like milkshakes I stay away from them. Fuzzy

You are so right Carrol, this is easy and yummy. I love rice pudding and since I had rice left over decided to give this a try. Oh my, light and smooth. I did add some 5-spice to it and that was just a little bit extra to make it even better for me. Thanks to you I now have an easy and great tasting desert I can have often and you can bet I will.
