Quick and Easy Pork Chop Simmer

"This is just as it says - a quick and easy way to get a meal ready - pork chops are so delicious, and cooked with carrots and rice, this is very good. Try marinating chops in resealable plastic bag, there's no dish to wash up!! You can substitute 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts for the pork chops, very delicious!!"
