Queso Pizzas

"This is a quick and easy way to put together a weeknight meal, created by my daughter. Using jarred queso as "sauce", it creates a mexi-cheesy alternative to your regular pizza night! Can be made as a vegetarian dish as well by leaving out the taco meat."
